Neurodivergence
Whether you're autistic, ADHD, twice-exceptional, or still figuring out where you land, you deserve a therapist who sees your wiring as difference — not deficit.
So much of the world is built for one kind of brain. If yours works differently, therapy shouldn't be another place you have to translate yourself. My practice is proudly neuro-affirming — meaning we start from the assumption that your brain is not broken and doesn't need fixing.
Who this is for
I work with adults across the neurodivergent spectrum — ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory sensitivity, and folks who suspect they're neurodivergent but haven't pursued a formal assessment. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I have specialist training in the day-to-day realities of ADHD across the lifespan.
What we might explore together
This is your space to unmask, to name what's been hard, and to build a life that actually fits your brain. Together we can:
- Sort out the tangle of executive function, overwhelm, and time blindness
- Understand and honour your sensory needs
- Recover from years of masking, burnout, or being misunderstood
- Rework unhelpful strategies you picked up to survive neurotypical spaces
- Reconnect with your strengths, interests, and what genuinely lights you up
Our work draws on ACT, CBT, and person-centred care — but always adapted to how you actually process the world. No prescriptive worksheets, no shame.
